Q1:Do you support customized products?

Q2:How long does it take to develop a new product?
A:Using our unique 3D printing and polymer composite material technology, we have successfully shortened the development cycle of new products to the shortest 1 month.

Q3:What is the lead time of the product?
A: Generally 25-35 days after getting the deposit. Legend EV has four complete processes of body manufacturing, painting, welding and assembly. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q4:What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. Other payment terms can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

Q5:How about the warranty term?
A:1 year warranty for the whole vehicle.And 5 years warranty for lithium battery.We can extend the warranty period according to your needs.

 

Q6. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery. In terms of product quality control, we use the core components of automotive-grade part suppliers, and the product life cycle quality management system is adopted to ensure that Legend-EV's products have excellent performance and durability.

 

Q7. How you pack the vehicles?

A: Generally, we pack out goods in containers by iron frame. If you have special requirement we can follow.

 

Q8: How to deal with the problems appear during the operation ?
